Who we are

Individual Pro Analysis ("IPA", "we", "us") provides a private player portal for analysis videos, fixtures, objectives, stats, and related coaching content. This policy explains what data the IPA player app and admin systems process.

Data we collect

• Account data: email or username, authentication credentials (stored securely via our auth provider), and profile details such as name and role.
• Player content: fixtures, analysis videos, season reviews, objectives, analyst notes, and stats linked to your player profile.
• Device / push data: Expo push tokens and platform (iOS/Android) so we can send notification alerts about new videos, reviews, and analysis sessions.
• In-app notifications: titles, bodies, and read state for your notification inbox.
• Technical logs: limited server and error logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use data

• Authenticate you and show only your authorised player content.
• Deliver analysis videos and related coaching materials.
• Send in-app and push notifications about new content and session reminders.
• Operate, secure, and improve the IPA platform.

We do not sell your personal data.

Where data is stored

Account and application data are hosted with Supabase. Analysis videos are stored in private object storage (Cloudflare R2) and streamed via time-limited signed URLs. Push delivery uses Expo's push service together with Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging where applicable. The admin API may be hosted on Vercel.

Access and retention

Player accounts are provisioned by IPA administrators. You only see content assigned to your player profile. We retain account and content data while you are an active client and for a reasonable period afterwards for coaching records and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise when no longer needed.

Your choices

• You can disable push notifications in your device settings at any time.
• For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact IPA using the email address provided with your client agreement (or your usual IPA contact).

Children

The IPA player app is intended for contracted players and their authorised representatives. It is not directed at children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child inappropriately, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
